1-15-9: CIVIL APPEALS:
Any person dissatisfied with a decision of a CIHE may appeal the final determination of the CIHE to the Second District Court in accordance with the Utah Administrative Procedures Act, Utah State Code section 63G-4-101, et seq. Failure to respond to a notice of infraction shall not be a decision from which an appeal can be taken. (Ord. 2017-17, 11-14-2017)
