(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person violating the provisions of § 32.27 shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not less than $10 nor more than $75, or be imprisoned in the town jail for a period of not more than 3 months or both the fine and imprisonment, in the discretion of the court.

(C) Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of § 32.28 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof be fined in any sum not exceeding $100, or shall be imprisoned for any period not exceeding 30 days in the town jail, in the discretion of the court.
