(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person who violates any provision of §§ 114.01 through 114.07 shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $200 or imprisoned in the jail of the town, for a period of not less than 1 day nor more than 60 days, at the discretion of the court having jurisdiction. Each and every violation of the provisions of §§ 114.01 through 114.07 shall constitute a separate offense.
