§ 112.52 PROHIBITED TO SELL LIQUORS TO HABITUAL DRUNKARDS OR PERSONS UNSOUND OF MIND.

It shall be unlawful for any person to sell, serve, give or deliver any alcoholic liquors or to procure or aid in the procuration of any alcoholic liquors to any habitual drunkard or person of unsound mind, knowing that the person buying or receiving service of the alcoholic liquors is a habitual drunkard or person of unsound mind.
