§ 111.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person who violates any provision of §§ 111.01 through 111.07 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine in any sum not to exceed $300 and or by imprisonment for any period not to exceed 30 days.
