(A) General. Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Physical exam of barbers and beauticians. Any person in violation of § 110.01 or any part thereof shall be subject to a fine of not less than $10 or more than $100, and each violation constitutes a separate offense.

(C) Dances.
(1) The owner, operator, manager or other person or persons in charge of any place of business violating provisions of § 110.15 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined any sum not exceeding $200 or imprisoned not longer than 60 days or punished by both the fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court.

(2) Any person or group of persons promoting or sponsoring a public dance not exempted from the provision of § 110.16 without obtaining a permit or without obtaining the services of qualified peace officers in accordance with the provisions of § 110.16, shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $500 or imprisonment of 90 days, or both the fine and imprisonment.
