(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person, partnership, corporation, firm or other enterprise perpetrating a public nuisance, as defined in division (E) of § 94.01, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $200 or imprisonment not to exceed 60 days, or both the fine and imprisonment.

(C) Violation of any of the provisions of §§ 94.15 through 94.23 shall be punishable by fine of not more than $100 or imprisonment not longer than 30 days, or both the fine and imprisonment. Each day the violation is committed or permitted to continue after written notice to abate the nuisance, shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such.
