§ 94.23 WAIVER OF PENALTIES.

The provision for penalties in § 94.99 shall not be deemed a waiver of the right of the town to invoke the equity jurisdiction of the District Court in compelling abatement of any condition which constitutes a nuisance detrimental to the public health, safety or general welfare.
