(A) Any employee of the Chief Elected Official who violates § 93.24(A) shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not more than $1,000 or imprisoned not more than 1 year.
(B) Any person who violates the provisions of § 93.25(F)(1) or (F)(2) shall be fined not more than $1,000 or imprisoned not more than 1 year or both.
(C) Whoever violates the provisions of § 93.28 shall be fined not more than $1,000, or imprisoned not more than 1 year or both; and if bodily injury results shall be fined not more than $10,000, or imprisoned not more than 10 years or both; and if death results shall be subject to imprisonment for any term of years or for life and/or to other applicable local, state or federal laws.
