§ 92.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of §§ 92.01 through 92.09 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction for violation thereof, shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $100 or by imprisonment in the town or county jail for not less than 5 nor more than 60 days, or by both the fine and imprisonment at the discretion of the court imposing the sentence. Each day of use and operation of any equipment, without having first secured the approval of the Town Inspector, shall constitute a separate offense.

   (C)   Any and all persons, firms or corporations who shall violate any of the provisions of §§ 92.25 through 92.42 or fail to comply therewith, or who shall violate, or fail to comply with any order or regulation made thereunder after receiving due notice, or who shall build in violation of any detailed statement of specifications or plans, submitted and approved thereunder, shall severally for each and every violation and noncompliance, respectively, forfeit and pay a penalty in the sum of $25, each day constituting a separate offense. The imposition of 1 penalty for any violation of §§ 92.25 through 92.42 shall not excuse the violation or permit it to continue, and all the persons shall be required to correct or remedy the violation or defects within a reasonable time.
