§ 92.07 TANKS PROHIBITED ON TOWN PROPERTY; TANKS FOR WHOLESALE PROHIBITED.

(A) No storage or service tank shall be located upon any of the streets or alleys or on any other property owned by the town, any tank or tanks as may be now so located shall be removed within 10 days from the date of the adoption of this subchapter.

(B) No storage tank for the gases for wholesale purposes shall be located anywhere within the town.
