§ 72.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to $10.99.

   (B)   Any person violating the provisions of § 72.01 shall be fined not more than $25 for any violation.

   (C)   Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 72.15 through 72.20 shall be deemed guilty of an ordinance violation and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in an amount not exceeding $200, or shall be imprisoned in the town jail for a period not exceeding 90 days.

   (D)   Any violation of § 72.30 shall be cited into the Municipal Court of the Town of Clayton and upon conviction a violator may be shall fined in an amount not to exceed $500 and/or imprisoned for not more than 90 days.
