§ 30.02 UNLAWFUL TO REFUSE TO LEAVE A PUBLIC EDUCATIONAL FACILITY WHEN ASKED BY AN EMPLOYEE TO LEAVE.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person having no legitimate educational purpose at a public educational institution within the municipality of Clayton, New Mexico, or for any person having acted in a manner disruptive, disturbing or distractive to the educational atmosphere of the institution to fail or refuse to leave the premises, buildings, grounds of the institution or the vicinity within 300 feet of the institution after having been requested to so leave by an employee of the institution.
   (B)   This section shall take effect and be in full force 30 days from and after the publication, passage and approval of this section.
