(A) A seal shall be adopted, the impression of which shall be as follows: In the center the word “seal” and surrounding the word in a circle, the words “Town of Clayton, New Mexico”.
(B) The seal of the town shall be affixed to all transcripts, orders, certificates and other documents which it may be necessary and proper to authenticate under the provisions of the town ordinances.
