§ 51.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99.
   (B)   (1)   Any person who violates a provision of this chapter except § 51.01 by doing an act which is prohibited or by failing to do an act which is required shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
      (2)   Any person convicted of being in violation shall be fined not less than $20 nor more than $500 or imprisoned for a term of not less than one day in the town/county jail nor more than a term of 90 days. The use of uniform traffic citations is authorized for any enforcement of this section.
