(A) Rates; charges at landfill area. There shall be no additional landfill charge to area residents who are already assessed in the landfill collection fee by the town, except for construction or demolition debris, tires or any hazardous material which has questionable acceptance into the landfill. The following rates shall apply for persons living outside the town fee collection area:
(1) Pickup load of trash or limbs: $10.00 per load;
(2) Old stripped car bodies: $20.00 each;
(3) Load brush (truck): $18.00 per load;
(4) Refrigerators: $12.00 each (must certify that no PCB or freon is present);
(5) Washing machines and other appliances: $10.00 each (must certify that no PBC or freon is present);
(6) Dead animals, dogs, small calves and the like: $5.00 each;
(7) Large dead animals: $12.00 each; and
(8) Construction or demolition debris (truck 5 cubic yards): $15.00 per load.
(B) Other solid waste. All other solid waste will be based upon $3.75 per cubic yard.
