§ 36.01 APPLICATION.

Employees, officers, or agents of the town engaging in the administration or award of any contract supported by federal funds or directed to discharge any trust wherein the state, county, or town may be in any manner interested shall be governed by this subchapter pursuant to G.S. § 14-234.
