§ 155.104  JURISDICTION.
   (A)   Zoning Districts. The boundaries of the zoning districts, including but not limited to General Use Districts, Special Use Districts, and Overlay Districts, are shown upon the map accompanying this chapter, and made a part hereof, entitled “Town of Clayton Official Zoning Map” (also known as “zoning map”), as amended from time to time. The zoning map and all the notations, references and all amendments thereto, and other information shown thereon is hereby made a part of this Chapter the same as if such information set forth on the map were all fully described and set out herein. The most current and updated version of the Official Zoning Map properly attested is maintained by the Planning Department, and is on file in the Planning Department and the Office of the Town Clerk, and is available for inspection by the public. When duly adopted by the Town Council, these regulations shall also govern each and every subdivision of land within the corporate limits of the Town, as now or hereafter established, and within the extraterritorial jurisdiction adopted by the Town.
   (B)   Future Land Use Districts. Certain Future Land Use Designations are established and incorporated by reference on the “Town of Clayton Future Land Use Map” (as part of the adopted “Comprehensive Plan 2040” and also known as “future land use map”) and presented with the Official Zoning Map as appropriate, which is hereby made a portion of this ordinance. The Future Land Use Map shall guide and govern changes to the Official Zoning Map and the districts therein. The most current and updated version of the Future Land Use Map properly attested is maintained by the Planning Department, and is on file in the Planning Department and the Office of the Town Clerk, and is available for inspection by the public.
