§ 155.101 AUTHORITY AND ENACTMENT.
   The Town Council, pursuant to the authority conferred by the General Assembly of the State of North Carolina in G.S. Chapter 160D generally, and more specifically § 160D-702 and § 160D-103, does hereby ordain and enact into laws these articles and sections.
