§ 151.60 EFFECT ON RIGHTS AND LIABILITIES UNDER THE EXISTING FLOOD DAMAGE PREVENTION CODE.

The enactment of this chapter shall not affect any action, suit or proceeding instituted or pending. All provisions of the flood damage prevention ordinance of the Town of Clayton enacted on June 16, 1987, as amended, which are not reenacted herein are repealed.
   (B)   The date of the initial Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance for Johnston County is September 30, 1983.
