§ 114.04 ALARM SYSTEM USER RESPONSE TO FIRE ALARMS.
   (A)   The alarm system user or a representative thereof shall be available at all times for the purpose of responding to fire alarms by personally appearing at the premises designated in the permit following an alarm of any kind. If, following a fire alarm, the alarm system user or a representative thereof fails to appear at the premises designated in the permit within 30 minutes after being notified by the Communications Center at the telephone number listed in the alarm system user's updated permit application, the alarm system user shall be assessed a civil penalty in accordance with § 10.98 of the Code of Ordinances.
   (B)   If, in the event of any fire alarm, the Communications Center is unable to notify the alarm system user or a representative thereof or if the alarm system user or a representative thereof fails to appear at the premises designated in the permit within 30 minutes after notification, the alarm system user shall be assessed a civil penalty in accordance with § 10.98 of the Code of Ordinances.
