§ 113.39 DISPLAY OF PERMIT AND PHOTOGRAPH.

The permit issued under this chapter and a photograph of the applicant shall be displayed inside the taxicab in a conspicuous manner, so as to be visible to passengers, when such driver is engaged in the operation of a taxicab.
