§ 113.29 RIGHTS OF PERSONS HOLDING A FRANCHISE.
   All persons holding a franchise to operate one or more taxicabs shall be entitled to continue under the existing franchise for the number of taxicabs authorized and in operation as of the date of enactment of this chapter.
