In addition to the lights required by state law, every taxicab shall be equipped with the following lights:
(A) A passenger compartment light adequate to illuminate the interior of the passenger compartment.
(B) Lights which reflect red when brakes are applied, and maintained in good working condition.
(C) A taxi light on top of the vehicle that can be lighted with the company name and turned on and off to indicate when the taxicab is in service or not in service.
