(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to operate for profit, pool or billiard tables, whether the tables are coin-operated or otherwise, without first obtaining permission therefor from the Town Council.
(B) The hours of operation shall be 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Monday through Friday during school days, and from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. on Saturdays and non-school days. All doors shall be closed by 12:00 midnight. No Sunday operations shall be permitted.
(C) All state and town laws pertaining to the operation of pool rooms shall be observed.
(D) The license and privilege tax shall be $25.
