§ 111.29 FILINGS AND COMMUNICATIONS WITH REGULATORY AGENCIES.
   The grantee shall simultaneously file and maintain with the Town Clerk copies of all petitions, applications, and communications transmitted by the grantee to, or received by the grantee, relevant to this franchise, from all federal and state regulatory commissions or agencies, including the FCC, FAA, and United States Copyright Office, having competent jurisdiction to regulate the operations of any cable television system.
