§ 111.21 TOWN'S RIGHT OF INTERVENTION.
   The town shall have the right to petition to intervene and the grantee specifically agrees by his acceptance of a franchise hereunder not to oppose such petition to intervene by the town in any suit or proceeding to which the grantee is a party.
