§ 30.18 QUORUM.
   A majority of the members of the Town Council, plus the Mayor, excluding vacant seats, shall constitute a quorum of the Town Council. If a quorum shall fail to be present at any meeting of the Town Council, the meeting shall stand adjourned to a time designated by a majority of those present.
