§ 111.19 GRANTEE TO HAVE NO RECOURSE AGAINST TOWN.
   The grantee shall have no recourse whatsoever against the town or its officers, boards, commissioners, agents, consultants, or employees for any loss, cost, expense, or damage arising out of any provisions or requirement of this chapter or because of its enforcement.
