(A) It is unlawful for any firm, person, group, company, or corporation, without the express consent of the grantee, to make any connection, extension, or division, whether physically, acoustically, inductively, electronically, or otherwise, with or to any segment of a franchised broadband telecommunications network for any purpose whatsoever.
(B) It is unlawful for any firm, person, group, company, or corporation to willfully interfere, tamper with, remove, obstruct, or damage any part, segment, or content of a franchised cable television system network for any purpose whatsoever.
