§ 30.17 MAYOR TO PRESIDE; APPOINTMENT OF SPECIAL COMMITTEES.
   (A)   The Mayor shall preside over meetings of the Town Council and shall preserve order. Any member of the Town Council may appeal to the Town Council from a decision of the Mayor upon a point of order.
   (B)   The Mayor shall also appoint special committees of the Town Council.
