(A) Within 45 days after the town has taken final action to approve the granting of a franchise, the grantee shall file a written acceptance of the conditions required for the franchise, acknowledged before a notary public, with the Town Clerk. The acceptance shall acknowledge that the grantee agrees to be bound by and to comply with the provisions of this chapter and the franchise agreement, and shall be on a form supplied by the town.
(B) Concurrently with the filing of the written acceptance, the grantee shall file with the Town Clerk any bonds and proofs of insurance policies as specified elsewhere herein.
(C) The effective date of the franchise shall be on the date on which the town approves the form and content of the written acceptance, bonds, and proofs of insurance policies filed by the grantee as required herein.
