§ 111.05 SERVICE AREA; ANNEXATION AND EXTENSION POLICY.
   (A)   The grantee of any franchise hereunder shall provide service to all potential subscribers now or in the future who are located within the town limits as of the effective date of the franchise.
   (B)   In the event the continued use of a street is denied for any reason, the grantee will make every effort to provide service over alternate routes.
   (C)   The grantee of any franchise hereunder shall at his expense extend the CATV system so as to provide full CATV service to all potential subscribers not then served by a CATV system in newly annexed areas of the town. The grantee shall extend such service within 12 months from the effective date of the annexation.
   (D)   Grantee shall also provide service within 12 months at the regular rate in any undeveloped area within the town limits growing to a density of 26 houses per mile of cable plant required to serve such area or to any subscriber within 200 feet of the existing cable system. However, grantee shall not be required to extend such distribution system to any potential subscriber who is located in an isolated area from the main trunk system (less than 26 houses per mile) unless the grantee can be guaranteed a fair rate of return, as per industry standards, by those subscribers who request the extension of the distribution system into those areas.
