(A) The grantee shall comply fully with all local ordinances, state and federal laws, and with all rules issued by all regulatory agencies now or hereafter in existence.
(B) This chapter and any disputes arising from its adoption, or from any franchise granted pursuant thereto shall be governed by the laws of the state and the town consistent with the Cable Communications Policy Act of 1984 and all applicable FCC rules and regulations required to be observed in the enforcement of this chapter.
(C) This chapter shall not be deemed conclusive as to the terms and conditions of any franchise hereinafter issued hereunder. The final terms and conditions of such franchise shall be determined by the franchise agreement.
