§ 30.01 APPOINTMENTS MADE BY TOWN COUNCIL.
   The Town Council shall annually appoint the following officers of the town to serve at its pleasure:
   (A)   Town Manager;
   (B)   Town Attorney;
   (C)   Town Clerk;
   (D)   Advisory committees.
