§ 99.100 POLICY STATEMENT.
   In the event of a snow (and/or ice/sleet) storm resulting in significant accumulation, the town shall initiate the removal of snow with the use of town personnel. The Public Works Department shall have primary responsibility for all snow removal activities. All other town departments shall provide full cooperation and assistance under the direction of the Town Manager. Depending on the severity of the snow storm, various town operations, excluding emergency services, may be temporarily suspended. However, it is the intent of the town to make every effort to keep town streets passable and to continue to provide town services to every resident.
