§ 99.081 NOTICE TO TOWN OFFICIALS.

   Immediately upon the issuance of a parade permit, the Chief of Police shall send a copy thereof to the following:

   (A)   The Mayor and Town Council;

   (B)   The Town Manager;

   (C)   The Fire Chief; and

   (D)   The general manager or responsible head of any public transportation utility, the regular routes of whose vehicles will be affected by the route of the proposed parade.
