§ 99.036 COMPLIANCE REQUIRED FOR ACCEPTANCE.
   No new street, alley, or other public way dedicated for public use within the town shall be accepted by the town as a public street, and no maintenance or improvement shall be authorized thereon unless the requirements of this subchapter have been complied with.
