§ 99.027 SIGNS OVER PUBLIC WAYS.
   No cloth, wood, or metal sign of any kind shall be hung or suspended across any street in the town without permission of the Town Manager, and no cloth, wood, or metal sign of any kind shall be hung or suspended across or along any street lower than 15 feet or above any sidewalk lower than nine feet from the ground or pavement.
