§ 99.015 PERMIT REQUIRED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to make or cause to be made any excavation in any street or sidewalk in the town, or to remove any dirt, pavement, curb, or sidewalk without a permit therefor first being issued by the Public Works Director.
