This chapter is not intended to regulate tracts of land not otherwise subject to the town subdivision regulations, undeveloped sections of approved subdivision, areas reserved from development due to environmental sensitivity or habitat preservation, or landscaped natural areas utilizing a combination of live and ornamental materials created for aesthetic effect.
