The most current edition of the North Carolina State Fire Prevention Code including Appendices B, C, D, F and J, as adopted by the North Carolina Building Code Council, is hereby adopted by reference as fully as though set forth herein as the fire prevention code of the town to the extent this code prescribes regulations governing conditions hazardous to life and property from fire or explosion. Further, not less than one copy shall be on file in the office of the Town Clerk. This code is hereby adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out at length herein, and the provision thereof shall be controlling within the limits of the town, and the town’s E.T.J.
