(A) The town may sue in a civil action through the General Court of Justice for appropriate remedies to enforce the provisions of this chapter, including temporary restraining orders and mandatory and prohibitory injunctions.
(B) In addition to appropriate civil or equitable remedies for enforcement of this chapter, an offender may be subjected to criminal prosecution for violation of this chapter.
