§ 33.14 LIVESTOCK AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS.
   (A)   Livestock and domestic animals of any kind are prohibited in any park.
   (B)   Exception: A dog or a cat upon a leash not exceeding six feet in length is permitted. Horseback riding is prohibited except upon facilities expressly designed for that purpose. Lawful activities of any Law Enforcement Canine Team in the performance of their duties are permitted.
