§ 33.02 TEMPORARY CLOSING AND RE-OPENING.
   The Director of Parks and Recreation in collaboration with local fire, police, and emergency personnel may temporarily close or curtail activities upon any park or waters, or any portions thereof, when it has been deemed to be in the best interest of public safety, health, conduct or order.
