§ 157.200 OBJECTIVES.
   The objectives of this chapter are to:
   (A)   Regulate the discharge of substances which may contaminate or cause pollution of stormwater, stormwater conveyances, or waters of the state;
   (B)   Regulate connections to the stormwater conveyance system;
   (C)   Provide for the proper handling of spills; and
   (D)   Provide for the enforcement of same.
