§ 53.03 COMPLIANCE WITH FEDERAL AND STATE LAW.
   The Town of Clayton will comply with the Federal Safe Drinking Water Act, the North Carolina Drinking Water Act, and North Carolina State Building Code and any subsequent editions, which pertain to cross-connections, auxiliary intakes and interconnections, and establish an effective ongoing program to control potential sources of contamination of the public water supply.
