§ 155.405 DESIGN STANDARDS – NON-RESIDENTIAL AND MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL.
   (A)   All existing and proposed non-residential and multi-family residential development, for which site plan approval is required, shall meet the provisions of this section. Townhomes that are developed to single-family residential building code standards shall be exempt from the requirements of this section.
   (B)   Any requirements within an overlay district shall supersede architectural standards noted within this section.
   (C)   Building materials.
      (1)   Any building visible from a right-of-way or adjacent property shall be architecturally consistent on all sides of the building.
      (2)   Metal is prohibited as the primary exterior building material or cladding in any zoning district except the I-1, I-2, and PF districts. Decorative metal or metal facade elements may be permitted as an accent feature but may not exceed more than 10% of any facade.
