The most current edition of the North Carolina Electrical Code as adopted and published by the North Carolina Building Code Council is hereby adopted by reference as fully as though set forth herein as the electrical code of the town. Whenever the provisions of the electrical code and the provisions of this chapter are in conflict, the more restrictive provisions shall govern.
