§ 73.41 PASSENGER LOADING ZONES.

Certain streets or parts thereof are designated as passenger loading and unloading zones, and no person shall stop, stand, or park a vehicle therein for any purpose other than the expeditious loading or unloading of passengers, and then only for a period not to exceed ten minutes.
